GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager for a well-established, multi-branch estate agency in Canterbury. You will lead the lettings branch, grow market share, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

The role offers on-target earnings of £45,000 with a profit share scheme and a company car or car allowance, a five-day week with some Saturdays, generous holiday allowance, ongoing training, and clear career development opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience within residential lettings.
• Track record of winning new business and increasing market share.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused.
• Full UK driving licence.

We're recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a well-established, multi-branch independent estate agency in Canterbury. The Role
