Qualifications

• Previous experience within residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Lettings Manager level.
• Proven track record of winning new instructions and generating lettings business.
• Strong knowledge of the local rental market and current lettings practices.
• Experience of leading, motivating and developing a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving targets and maximising revenue.
• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate new instructions by building relationships with landlords, prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.

• Oversee the day-to-day lettings operation, ensuring properties are marketed effectively and enquiries are followed up promptly.
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

A successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their Herne Bay office. This is a management-focused role for someone with strong lettings knowledge, excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to deliver results.
