A successful independent estate agency is looking for an experienced, successful, ambitious Lettings Manager to lead its residential lettings operation in the Brixton area. This role would suit an experienced lettings professional ready to take the next step in their career.

Job Title: Lettings Manager

Salary: OTE £80,000 per annum

Position: Permanent - Full Time

You will play a key role in developing the lettings business, generating new instructions, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Good knowledge of Brixton and the surrounding South London property market advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential, with own car preferred
