Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Generate new business
• Oversee day to day management of the team
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Leading the lettings team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets
• Setting KPI's for the team
• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• At least 1 Year experience managing a team
• Ample understanding of lettings legislation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deliver clear and concise instructions
• A full UK driving licence
• Pool Car
• Generous Commission structure
