• Winning new instructions through valuations, business development and landlord relationships.
• Leading, motivating and supporting the lettings team to achieve targets.
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.
• Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for growth and maximising revenue.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance and professionalism throughout the lettings process.
