Job summary

SW Estates, an independent agency based in Kensington, is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to grow our managed portfolio across Central and SW London and deliver exceptional service. In this role you will source new rental instructions, value and market listings, conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies and manage landlord–tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ lettings experience (negotiator or senior level).
• Proven track record of hitting targets and winning instructions.
• In-depth knowledge of Central & SW London rental market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred).

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in lettings (negotiator or senior level)

Proven track record of hitting targets and winning instructions

In-depth knowledge of the Central & SW London rental market

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred)
