You will be the daily driver of the business and must be comfortable with setting targets and providing leadership, direction and inspiration through your own outstanding ability. Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Lettings industry at Senior Lettings Negotiator level or above and must include responsibility

You will offered what can only be described as an outstanding remuneration package with a basic salary to £27,000 and an initial salary guarantee of £40,000 for the first 6 months as a minimum. On target earning are £50,000+.

• Let commission 6%.
• Listing commission 6%.
• Lettings department income override of 3% - This will double to 6% if theLettings department income reaches £20,000 in a month.
• Mortgage referral 20%.
