GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property / Lettings Manager for a large, established organisation in Blackburn. You will be responsible for managing a diverse commercial property portfolio, overseeing lettings, inspections and rent arrears while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with no weekend work, offering progression opportunities and a competitive salary in the £45,000–£55,000 range, depending on experience.

Experienced in commercial property management and confident managing a diverse portfolio, including compliance and vacant units?

We're recruiting for a Property / Lettings Manager to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to take responsibility for a varied portfolio, managing day-to-day property matters while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

The Role

As a Property / Lettings Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
• Oversee vacant units and support the lettings process
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Manage lease renewals and associated negotiations
• Monitor and manage rent arrears
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Oversee property compliance requirements
• Liaise and negotiate effectively with tenants and landlords
