Job summary

GCB Recruitment in the Blackburn area is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator with strong commercial property experience to manage enquiries, conduct viewings and close deals. This full-time role offers £38,000-£45,000 basic, plus bonuses, Monday to Friday with no weekends, and clear opportunities for career progression.

You will build client relationships and progress transactions from enquiry to completion, contributing to a growing team in a well-established organisation.

Experienced in commercial property and confident negotiating and closing deals?

We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to join a growing team, managing enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating transactions through to successful completion.

The Role

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
