Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property / Lettings Manager for a large, established organisation in Blackburn. You will be responsible for managing a diverse commercial property portfolio, overseeing lettings, inspections and rent arrears while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with no weekend work, offering progression opportunities and a competitive salary in the £45,000–£55,000 range, depending on experience.

• Extensive experience in commercial property management.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of properties.
• Experience with compliance, maintenance and property management.
• Strong lettings knowledge and lease renewals.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Confident negotiating with tenants and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Oversee vacant units and lettings process.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Manage lease renewals and associated negotiations.
• Monitor and manage rent arrears.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors.
• Oversee property compliance requirements.
• Liaise and negotiate with tenants and landlords.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure properties are managed efficiently and issues are resolved promptly.
