You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, oversee vacant units and support the lettings process while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

The role requires experience in commercial property management, handling compliance, lease renewals, rent arrears and coordinating maintenance.

Experienced in commercial property management and confident managing a diverse portfolio, including compliance and vacant units?

We're recruiting for a Property / Lettings Manager to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to take responsibility for a varied portfolio, managing day-to-day property matters while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

The Role

As a Property / Lettings Manager, you will:
