GCB Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a large, well-established organisation in Blackburn. You will manage enquiries, conduct commercial property viewings, and negotiate transactions through to completion.

The role offers a £38,000 - £45,000 basic salary with performance bonuses, full-time hours, and no weekend work. Experience in commercial property and strong negotiation skills are essential for success and career progression.

Experienced in commercial property and confident negotiating and closing deals?

We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to join a growing team, managing enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating transactions through to successful completion.

The Role

• Manage incoming enquiries from prospective tenants and clients
