Linley & Simpson Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our lettings portfolio across Yorkshire. You will convert landlord opportunities, promote our Fully Managed service, and manage a busy leads flow with a focus on achieving targets.

Based in the Yorkshire region, the role involves high-volume outbound calling, relationship-building with landlords, and upselling rent and protection products to expand our managed portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Previous lettings experience, ideally senior negotiator or valuer.
• Strong understanding of landlord needs and lettings services.
• Confidence discussing Let Only, Fully Managed and landlord products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage incoming leads and book Lettings Market Appraisals.
• Follow up lettings market appraisals to secure instructions or valuations.
• Promote and convert landlords to Fully Managed service.
• Work through landlord database to secure lettings instructions.
• Identify opportunities through applicant registrations and contact landlords.
• Monitor stock across portals and win new business.
• Promote mortgage appointments where appropriate.
• Upsell rent and legal protection products.
• Arrange Sales Market Appraisals when landlords consider selling.
• Maintain accurate records and hit activity and conversion targets.
• Make ~100 outbound calls per day.
