You will operate both from the office and in the field across Central London, building relationships, winning new business, and promoting cutting-edge prop-tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Lettings background up to managerial level.
• Proven success in winning instructions/listings.
• Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
• Confident presenting to landlords/investors.
• Experience developing new client relationships.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new lettings instructions across Central London.
• Build and convert a pipeline of landlord clients.
• Promote lettings automation product to landlords and investors.
• Attend market appraisals and listing appointments.
• Generate business through canvassing, networking, and referrals.
• Develop long-term client relationships and onboarding with internal teams.
• Track opportunities and performance using CRM systems.
• Identify portfolio and block instruction opportunities.
