Job summary

The De Montfort School in Evesham is seeking casual lettings assistants to start as soon as possible. The role is to help run leisure facilities and lettings while delivering strong customer service and maintaining security and cleanliness during and after events.

Working evenings and weekends, you will support the promotion of facilities to the wider community. Applicants must be 18+ due to lone-working requirements and will join a Trust focused on wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Awareness and understanding of working within a school environment.
• Experience of dealing with the general public.
• Experience in maintaining a safe and clean external environment e.g., gritting carparks and walkways.

Responsibilities

• assist in the running of the leisure facilities and all lettings within the school.
• to aid with upkeep to the premises and provide strong customer service to the end users.
• ensure that school site security is maintained during the lettings and that premises are locked up and alarmed when lettings have finished.
• assist in the promotion of the facilities to the wider community
