Job summary

Lift Four Dwellings Secondary is seeking two casual Lettings Officer posts to manage the hire of the school's facilities for external groups. Responsibilities span the full lettings cycle from first enquiry to event day, including bookings, contracts, the lettings calendar and safety checks.

The role combines customer service, planning and hands-on checks with hours that align to evenings and weekends per the lettings schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guide hirers through availability, pricing and booking terms from first contact to event day
• Manage the booking system, issue contracts and keep accurate records
• Maintain the lettings calendar and handle bookings
• Work with school teams to prepare facilities and coordinate bookings around school activities
• Check facilities are safe and ready, and resolve issues that arise during lettings
• Create invoices, track payments and help build budget forecasts to support income growth
• Build relationships with local groups and promote facilities through tours, feedback and marketing
• Cover evening and weekend lettings to match the schedule
