Job summary

Lift Four Dwellings Secondary is seeking two casual Lettings Officers to connect our facilities with community groups, manage bookings, and ensure spaces are safe and ready for use. You will handle inquiries, contracts, and the lettings calendar, with some evening and weekend work to match the lettings schedule.

You will bring experience in customer-facing roles, comfort with IT systems and a good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety, plus excellent communication to build trusted

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with community groups or schools.
• Ability to manage bookings or calendars.
• Comfortable using IT systems like email and online platforms.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding and health & safety.
• Strong communication to build trust with hirers, colleagues and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Guide community groups, sports clubs and local organisations through the booking process.
• Manage lettings calendar, issue contracts and keep records accurate.
• Coordinate facilities with school activities and prepare spaces for lettings.
• Ensure facilities are safe and ready and resolve issues during lettings.
• Create invoices, track payments and support income forecasts.
• Build relationships and promote facilities through tours and feedback.
