Knightsbridge Recruitment are working with a prestigious property firm to appoint an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join a busy and successful team in London. This role supports the lettings operation, ensuring landlords, tenants and applicants receive a professional and high-level service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coordinate onboarding, marketing, compliance and move-in preparation, working with colleagues and external suppliers.

Formación

• Experience as a lettings coordinator or similar role.
• Strong IT skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus client focus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding of new properties and ensure complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate property information across systems and marketing platforms.
• Coordinate marketing activity and liaise with external suppliers.
• Support appraisals, rental reviews and remarketing activities.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, applicants and internal teams for a smooth service.
• Handle inquiries with high standards of client care.
• Ensure processes are followed and support compliance and audits.
• Provide admin and operational support to the lettings team.
