A day in the life of an Assistant Branch Manager
  • Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing skills
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Assisting the team to achieve KPIs
  • Supporting colleagues in your manager's absence
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and managing risks
Essential Skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
