Job summary

Lytham St Annes High School is seeking a reliable Community Lettings Operative to support evenings and weekends on a casual basis. You will set up facilities for external bookings, keep areas clean, secure the site, and help ensure bookings run smoothly.

You will work with the Community Lettings Manager, use the online booking system, follow health and safety procedures, and respond flexibly to changes in bookings and school needs.

Qualifications

• You will be reliable, organised and committed to providing a high standard of customer service.
• You’ll be able to work independently and communicate positively with customers and colleagues.
• You’ll follow health and safety, safeguarding and site security procedures and use the online booking system.

Responsibilities

• Setting up facilities safely and on time so they are ready for customer bookings.
• Using the online booking system as required.
• Ensuring facilities, changing rooms and corridors are clean and ready for school use the following day.
• Reporting health and safety issues or concerns promptly and following procedures.
• Locking school buildings securely at the end of a shift per site security protocols.
• Work flexibly in response to bookings, cancellations and operational needs.
