Job summary

St Augustine Academy in Maidstone is seeking a Lettings Assistant to help keep the academy facilities safe, welcoming, and well-presented for community use outside of school hours. You will greet hirers, conduct facility viewings, inspections, and check-ins, and support with admin tasks and reporting safety issues.

The role offers flexible casual hours, free on-site parking, and access to the academy fitness suite. Previous customer service experience is helpful; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
• The role involves administrative tasks and handling enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming hirers and visitors to the academy.
• Conducting viewings of academy facilities.
• Carrying out site inspections before and after lettings.
• Checking customers in and out of the academy.
• Preparing facilities for community use.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the site.
• Responding to basic enquiries from existing and prospective hirers.
• Undertaking general administrative tasks to support the lettings function.
• Reporting any site, maintenance or health and safety concerns as appropriate.
• Supporting the Lettings Supervisor with the smooth operation of academy lettings.
