Reed is seeking a Property Manager / Lettings Administrator in Glasgow to join a respected residential property business. The role combines property management and lettings administration, offering a supportive environment with opportunities to grow within the Scottish property market.

You will manage contacts with landlords and tenants, coordinate maintenance, prepare tenancy agreements, and support renewals and move-ins/outs while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential properties or a lettings portfolio.
• Knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and workload management skills.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification or willingness to work towards professional accreditation.

Responsabilités

• Acting as a point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works.
• Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
• Supporting tenancy renewals, move-ins and move-outs.
• Managing property compliance and safety certification records.
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Maintaining accurate records using property management systems.
• Assisting with rent administration and reporting.
• Supporting the effective management of a residential property portfolio.
• Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team.
