Urbanbubble Ltd is seeking a proactive Lettings Administrator to join our Manchester Lettings team, driving excellent customer service and smooth move-ins. You will work closely with General Managers and Resident Services to hit lettings targets and welcome new residents from day one.

We are looking for an organised, confident communicator who can manage enquiries, oversee referencing, inventories and tenancy paperwork, and provide accurate advice to residents throughout the process.

• A confident self-starter who can work independently.

• Keen interest in learning the property industry.
• Knowledge of Lettings and Estate Agency Acts.

Mansioni

• Handle lettings enquiries over the phone, email and through our internal system.
• Administration and main point of contact for new applications, including managing the referencing process, arranging sparkle cleans, pre let checks and inventories, drafting tenancy agreements and facilitating payment of move in monies.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork, holding funds and checks are in place prior to starting the referencing process and then again prior to handing an application back to the site teams to move in.
• Ensure payments have been received with the accounts team prior to move in.
• Input the information provided by the site teams accurately onto the management system.
• Provide exceptional service to all potential residents, including providing informed and accurate advice in order to ensure that resident retention rates remain high.
• Ensure all GDPR processes are followed at all times.
• Agree renewals with residents in line with updated market values.
• Serve section 21 and section 8 notices as required.
• Request feedback throughout the processes via our survey systems.
