The Maidstone Leisure Trust is recruiting a Leisure Supervisor for Maidstone Leisure Centre. You will supervise daily activities, support the Duty Manager, and help ensure safety, cleanliness and excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.
The role offers 40 hours per week with flexible early/late/weekend shifts, and involves working on-site at the leisure centre. DBS checks are required; training and development are provided.

As a Leisure Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone who visits the centre. Supporting day-to-day operations and stepping in for the Duty Manager when required, you'll help deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and service. Your work has purpose, helping to create a positive impact on communities by encouraging healthier lifestyles and ensuring leisure facilities remain accessible and enjoyable for all.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
