Maidstone Leisure Trust is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations of our leisure centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming and high-quality experience for every visitor.
You will oversee opening/closing, supervise front-of-house and activity teams, and handle customer inquiries while maintaining safety standards and incident response procedures.

As a Leisure Centre Duty Manager in our leisure operations team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for every visitor while keeping the centre running smoothly.
