Surya Hotels Hog’s Back Hotel is seeking a Leisure and Spa Manager to lead the Leisure Club and Spa, ensuring facilities (gym, pool, sauna, steam and treatment rooms) are maintained and guest satisfaction is achieved.

The role requires 2+ years in Hospitality/Leisure management with relevant qualifications and a strong focus on service excellence and revenue growth. Exciting time to join our expanding group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospitality and Leisure management experience.
• Lifeguard qualification, First Aid Qualification, Pool Responder and Pool Plant Qualification is highly advantageous.
• NVQLevel 3 or YMCA Gym Instructor qualifications.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• To manage Leisure operations, classes and rotating to ensure Guest servicelevels are maintained and facilities available at all opening times.
• Leadership and development of your Team, including instructors, contractors andtherapists.
• Ensure the rota is arranged to meet the needs of the Business and diary plans.
• To anticipate guests’ needs wherever possible and promote to them within theHotel enhancing guest satisfaction.
• To communicate and share knowledge with other Hotel departments.
• To positively approach all sales opportunities in order to maximize club andHotel revenue to meet and exceed budgeted targets.

TheLeisure and Spa Manager will ensure that theHotel and Spa, consistently achieves product and Hospitality service standards.To provide exceptional Customer Service to all guests of the Spa, ensuring thatquality standards are maintained whilst achieving maximum revenue and guestsatisfaction.

TheLeisure and Spa Managerleads theLeisure and Spa teams, ensuring the facilities- gym, pool, sauna, steam andtreatment rooms, are maintained in great condition and available to our guestsand members. with treatment rooms and more under development, it's an excitingtime to join the hotel to lead the teams.
