Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is great, but your attitude and energy matter much more to us.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Hustle: Hit your numbers, manage referrals, and respond to enquiries within one hour.
• The Guest Experience: Match packages to the person with tailored tours and advice to sign up new members.
• The Standards: Daily walk-throughs to keep facilities immaculate and SOPs followed; personal presentation must be impeccable.
• The Communication: Resolve complaints on the spot and liaise with the wider hotel team to market our offers.
