Serco Group Plc's Leisure Solutions Community Trust is seeking a Leisure Duty Manager to create a safe, welcoming and high-performing leisure centre in the UK. You will support the Centre Manager, oversee daily operations and promote health and safety standards.

The role is 24 hours per week with evening and weekend flexibility. A DBS check is required and NPLQ is essential. Benefits include free gym membership, DBS training, holiday allowance and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management roles in leisure or customer-facing environments.
• Strong leadership, motivation and staff development skills.
• Committed to health and safety and delivering high‑quality services.
• Confident decision-maker with ability to prioritise under pressure.
• NPLQ certification required; PPO and First Aid at Work desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the leisure centre.
• Lead lifeguarding, housekeeping and presentation standards.
• Manage incidents and emergencies; conduct investigations.
• Support training, induction and staff development.
• Drive improvements through stock control and rota planning.
• Collaborate with Centre Manager and leadership team.
