Serco Limited, on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust, is seeking a Duty Manager at Loughborough Leisure Centre. The role involves supporting daily operations, safeguarding, and delivering high-quality customer care in a busy leisure environment.

The position is permanent, part-time (16 hours per week) with an on-site duty, rota-based evenings and weekends, and an hourly rate of £13.32–£13.72 plus benefits. DBS checks are required, with training and development opportunities available.

Qualificações

• Supervisory or management experience in a leisure, hospitality or customer-facing environment
• NPLQ holder is required
• Commitment to health and safety and high-quality service
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends on a rota
• Enhanced DBS check required and safeguarding awareness

Responsabilidades

• Support the Centre Manager and leadership team with day-to-day operations
• Take responsibility for shift management, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
• Lead lifeguarding, housekeeping and facility presentation standards
• Manage incidents, accidents and emergencies and carry out investigations
• Support colleague training, induction and development
• Drive improvement through stock management, rota planning and operational excellence
