Village Hotels in Leeds is seeking a friendly Leisure Receptionist to be the warm first point of contact for members and guests, handling bookings and queries at the Leisure Reception Desk.

You’ll be part of a busy team, with training and opportunities to grow, while upholding high standards of service, security, and product knowledge across the hotel.

Responsibilities

• The Ultimate Welcome: Deliver a warm, friendly greeting on arrival and ensure expectations are met at every opportunity.
• Smooth Operations: Run the desk efficiently, record booking details accurately, and ensure only bona fide members and guests gain entry to the club.
• Immaculate Standards: Keep the reception area clean and presentable, maintaining impeccable personal presentation.
• Knowing Your Stuff: Master product knowledge across the whole hotel, assist with promotions, and advise on facilities and opening times.
• Safe & Secure: Adhere to cash handling, security and emergency procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
