Job summary

Maidstone Leisure Trust is looking for a Leisure Supervisor to enhance the customer experience at their leisure centre. You will supervise daily operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment while supporting the Duty Manager.

• Experience in a customer-facing environment with a strong commitment to customer care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities within the leisure centre, ensuring customer safety and excellent service standards.
• Support the Duty Manager and provide operational cover during periods of absence.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the facility.
• Promote and follow all health and safety procedures and policies.
• Build positive relationships with customers and local authority partners.
