Job summary

Maidstone Leisure Trust is recruiting a Full Time Lifeguard at Maidstone Leisure Centre (ME15 7RN) to help keep the pool safe and welcoming for all visitors. Working with Serco, you’ll deliver excellent customer care, supervise activities, keep the pool area clean and ensure safe setup and handling of equipment.

You'll need to be safety conscious with strong swimming skills and hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong service orientation.
• Safety-conscious and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Must have excellent swimming ability and swim training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care to visitors of all ages.
• Supervise pool activities and maintain safety at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area and proper setup of equipment.
• Assist in lifesaving and incident response as needed.
