Job summary

Legacy Leisure is seeking a Centre Manager to take overall responsibility for the management and operation of West Park Leisure Centre in Long Eaton, Derbyshire. You will drive sales, control costs, and ensure high standards of customer service and safe, enjoyable facility usage.

You will lead and develop staff, demonstrate excellent communication, and build strong relationships with industry bodies. A degree or NVQ5 in Leisure Management is preferred, and certain qualifications may be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer and client liaison skills are essential.
• Qualification in leisure management is preferred; degree or NVQ 5 is desirable.
• Knowledge of the leisure industry with commercial and financial acumen is required.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the management and operation of West Park Leisure Centre.
• Maximise sales opportunities while reducing net operating costs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and safe, enjoyable facility usage.
