Places for People, via Places Leisure, is hiring a General Manager for a busy leisure centre. You will drive financial, commercial and operational performance, lead the site leadership team and deliver outstanding customer experience while growing membership and revenue.

You will develop a multidisciplinary team, use performance data to shape decisions, and build strong relationships with clients and community partners to create an accessible, thriving hub for the local community.

Qualificações

• Experience as a General Manager in a leisure centre or similar.
• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Track record of delivering financial and commercial objectives.
• Experience managing client, partner or stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the leisure centre, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
• Drive financial, commercial and operational performance and revenue targets.
• Develop and empower site leadership teams and managers.
