Freedom Leisure is seeking a General Manager for Weldon Wellbeing Pavilion to lead a busy community leisure centre. You will drive sales, manage the budget and expenditure, and develop a high‑performing team to deliver an inclusive, welcoming experience for all users.

You will engage with local stakeholders, deliver on KPIs, and ensure compliance with policies while growing membership and activity across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a leisure facility or centre.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to translate into results.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage expenditure.
