Job summary

Gedling Borough Council is seeking an Assistant Manager for Carlton Forum Leisure Centre. You will report to the Leisure Operations and Transformation Manager and work with the management team to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards of service.

Your proven background in leisure facility management, team leadership and driving health, safety and financial performance will be essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in leisure facility management.
• Strong focus on health and safety compliance.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver all aspects of the service at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre.
• Lead day-to-day operations and a four-week management rota.
• Manage teams to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service.
