Places Leisure is hiring a Duty Manager to lead a large centre team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will recruit, train and manage staff, respond to customer concerns, drive memberships and represent the centre in meetings.

The role requires a flexible approach with shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A NPLQ qualification and strong customer service and leadership skills are essential.

• Supervisory or managerial experience in a leisure facility.
• NPLQ qualification is essential.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
