Places for People Group is seeking a capable Centre Manager to lead a busy leisure centre in London. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure exceptional service, well-presented and clean facilities, and maximise commercial value while delighting customers.

You will coach and develop your team, drive change in a fast-moving business, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive community service as part of a large and supportive organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced leisure or hospitality environment.
• Able to motivate and develop direct reports and wider teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of improving bottom-line results.
