Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy leisure centre. You will manage, recruit and train staff, handle customer concerns, drive memberships, prepare reports and attend meetings while representing Places Leisure.

You should be motivated, able to lead a team, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays; first aid experience and NPLQ qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/management within a leisure facility.
• First aid experience preferred as you will be a registered first aider.
• NPLQ qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit and train staff.
• Deal with customer concerns and drive up memberships.
• Prepare reports and attend meetings.
