Job summary

Trilogy Active is recruiting a Full-Time Duty Manager for Belper Leisure Centre. The 39-hour week includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts, with responsibility for daily supervision of the site and activities.

You will manage staffing rota, orders, and uphold health and safety, cleaning and security standards. In-house qualification options available for Lifeguard and Pool Plant Operator; wellbeing rewards and free parking.

Qualifications

• Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or ability to achieve.
• Ideally hold Pool Plant Operators Qualification; in-house training available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision of the leisure centre.
• Coordinate activities programme and staff rota.
• Manage orders and maintain health & safety, cleaning and security standards.
