Trilogy Active at Belper Leisure Centre is recruiting a Full-Time Duty Manager to lead a dedicated team. The 39-hour week will include daytime, evening and weekend shifts, with responsibilities for site supervision, activity programming, staff rotas, orders and upholding health and safety standards.

You should hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or be able to achieve it) and ideally a Pool Plant Operators Qualification, both obtainable in-house.

• Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or ability to obtain).
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification preferred; in-house training available.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of the site.

Trilogy Active are recruiting a Full-Time Duty Manager to work as part of our already enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly team at Trilogy Active.

The 39 hour working week will include daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

You will be responsible for the daily supervision of the site, programme of activities, staffing rota's, orders, maintaining the required standards of health & safety, cleaning & security.

You will need to hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or be able to achieve) and ideally a Pool Plant Operators Qualification, both qualifications can be obtained in-house.
