Job summary

Suffolk New College Sports Centre in Ipswich is seeking a Sports Centre Duty Manager to join our Pool staff to cover for Holidays and sickness cover, as and when needed. You will help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre, ensuring that our facilities are safe, well presented and provide an excellent experience for students, staff, customers and members of the local community.

The Centre supports curricular activities during the day and operates as a community leisure facility

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre to ensure safety and high service levels
• Unlock and prepare the Centre, set up facilities and equipment for customers
• Respond to customer enquiries and monitor activities throughout shifts
• Ensure the Centre is clean, safe and well maintained
