Job summary

KA Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for Vikingar Leisure Centre to provide operational leadership and supervision across leisure facilities, Vikingar Attraction and Theatre operations. As the senior on‑duty manager, you will ensure that all teams deliver safe, high‑quality, customer‑focused services in line with KA Leisure's policies and values, coordinating day‑to‑day programming and events.

The role is full‑time (37 hours/week), permanent, with a rate of pay of £17.88 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership and supervision during shifts at Vikingar Leisure Centre, including leisure facilities, Vikingar Attraction, and Theatre operations
• Acting as senior on‑duty manager to ensure safe, high‑quality, customer‑focussed services in line with KA Leisure’s policies
• Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of programmes, events and visitor experiences, supporting senior management to meet operational and commercial goals
