Job summary

TipTopJob in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join a well-regarded water hygiene business. You will carry out risk assessments on commercial and residential sites and deliver clear reports in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274.

You'll manage your own diary, liaise with clients on-site, and contribute to ongoing water hygiene tasks. A driving licence and a proactive approach to training and development are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience carrying out Legionella risk assessments.
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274.
• Comfortable working across a range of hot and cold water systems.
• Well organised, self-sufficient, and confident managing your own patch.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Legionella risk assessments across commercial and residential sites, in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274.
• Surveying hot and cold water systems and recommending fixes for any risks identified.
• Writing up clear, professional reports, including schematic drawings where needed.
• Managing your own workload and diary, liaising directly with clients on-site.
• Picking up occasional water hygiene tasks such as temperature checks, sampling, and tank inspections
