Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its Yorkshire team. The role focuses on carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274, producing detailed reports and recommendations for clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience, a City and Guilds or equivalent Legionella Risk Assessment qualification, and strong knowledge of water hygiene regulations. A company vehicle and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor or in a similar role.
• City and Guilds or equivalent accredited Legionella Risk Assessment qualification.
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, Water Regulations and associated guidance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with ACOP L8, HSG274 and HTM 04:01
• Produce detailed risk assessment reports, including recommendations, management plans, control schemes and schematic drawings
• Provide technical advice and support to clients
• Assist with water hygiene monitoring, maintenance and testing activities when required
• Complete site inspections and reports using electronic survey software
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and customer service

• Confident using tablets and electronic reporting systems
