About the Role

We are working with an American law firm seeking a front of house receptionist to deliver excellent customer service and provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support. This standalone role is ideal for a legal receptionist looking to expand into administrative and basic secretarial tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Meeting and greeting visitors and stakeholders
  2. Answering, screening, and directing phone calls
  3. Setting up meeting rooms
  4. Liaising with contractors and vendors
  5. Filing and record maintenance
  6. Managing the office calendar
  7. Assisting with administrative and secretarial work
  8. Booking taxis and couriers
  9. Setting up conference calls and video meetings
  10. Performing basic accounts work
  11. Scheduling meetings
Candidate Requirements
