Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in Facilities / General Office Services in a law firm.
• Proven experience in reprographics in a legal setting.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside core hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily functions of the Office Services department, overseeing a team.
• Manage the General Office team and coordinate with client services.
• Monitor and enforce health & safety standards according to UK regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
