Legal Practice Manager

Location: Richmond

Hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday in the office

Annual Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 plus 28 days including bank holidays, pension, and benefits scheme.

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing legal firm, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with managerial experience to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking firm and support the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Diary management, general office management, assisting with stationary supplies.
  • Client Liaison: Assisting with client enquiries, onboarding formalities, and AML checks.
  • File Management
  • Accounting & Financial Management: Performing legal cashier duties, supporting billing, credit control, and budgeting.
  • Sales: Supporting business development initiatives, liaising with marketing and social media consultants, attending networking events.
  • Human Resources Management: Conducting inductions, managing employment contracts, assisting with recruitment, staff performance, and 1-2-1s.
  • IT & Compliance Management: Coordinating with IT service providers, assisting with IT updates, and managing case management system workflows.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant background.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with basic project management skills.
