A busy and growing architectural project management studio in Bermondsey is looking for a highly organised and personable Bookkeeper & Office Manager. This is a finance-led role requiring confidence in day-to-day bookkeeping — ideally with strong Xero experience — and responsibility for general office management.
This role is not for an accountant; it does not involve preparing tax returns or complex financial strategies. Instead, you will handle financial admin tasks such as raising and chasing invoices, reconciling accounts, logging expenses, managing project budgets, and collaborating with external accountants to ensure smooth operations.
Additionally, you will oversee office functions including managing supplies, couriers, post, bookings, and greeting clients and visitors. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, variety, and being a reliable point of contact.
Requirements:
