We are looking for Legal Customer Service Advisors!

Job Description

As a Legal Customer Service Advisor, you will support clients through the remortgage process, assisting with a range of queries to ensure service level agreements are met and the highest standards of client care are provided.

Your responsibilities include chasing documentation, coordinating with banks and third parties, processing documents, and inputting data. You will work in a volume environment with deadlines to complete caseloads efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

Previous customer service experience, which could be from retail, hospitality, or similar sectors.

Exceptional communication skills and confidence in telephone interactions.

Passion for customer service and delivering excellent experiences.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
